I was listening to some of my fav. tracks, just sitting around, enjoying the summer, when i started to think, for a change, and said, hey! I could so do that!! So I went online and looked at a few videos on youtube, saw a few tutorials and shit like that, but I'm still confused.

I got the idea of being a producer and the idea of being a DJ, I get that differente, now, does a DJ mix two songs at the same time or does he make two songs seem like the same by mixing the ending of song A with the begining of song B, or both? Does a DJ do it at the same time or does he mix song A with song B at the same time and then tie in song C to the ending?

Do I get my point across??

PS: Not sure if this is the right spot for this q, but wutever.

Oh yea, also, what kind of equipment should I get to start producing? A MIDI keyboard and the latest version of FL Studio are my guesses, but if there's anything more, go ahead and tell me.
